A rare opportunity has become available at a family-run scaffold business. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of theOffice Administrator include providing support to our Management and Estimator teams as well as assisting in daily office needs. This will involve the maintenance of the fleet vehicles, liaising with accounts for the depots invoicing, handle incoming and outgoing calls to the office, and collating data for staff wages. Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet
Able to organise self and others

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organise and schedule appointments
Attend ad-hoc meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Salary: £19-£25k, dependant on experience.
Location: Ford, Salisbury.
Term: Permanent, Full-time, 8am-5pm.
Start date: Immediate, March 2023
